Running for over 24 years, they continue to evolve to keep up with the ever-changing trends of the Australian food industry and consumer tastes by the introduction of new classes and sections.
The aim of the Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards is to promote and encourage excellence in the Australian food industry by providing a quality bench-marking system that enables fine food producers to assess the quality of their products against their contemporaries and competitors.
