Four generous fingers of our classic shortbread, made in small batches using a traditional family recipe handed down through generations. Buttery, crumbly, and full of flavour.

Raspberry Jam, 220g
Handcrafted in small batches in our farm kitchen, using juicy Tasmanian raspberries. Sweet, tangy, and full of real fruit flavour. Perfect on scones, toast, or simply enjoyed by the spoonful.

Tasmanian Grown Black Tea, 50g
Grown at the southernmost tea plantation in the world, this delicate black tea is light, soft, and almost entirely free of tannins. A beautiful alternative for those who enjoy a gentler cup.
