Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable food items. Please note: we currently do not sell any perishable items on our website. Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and gift cards cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

To start a return, contact us at sales@rangetasmania.com.au before sending anything back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package to: Range Tasmania, PO Box 471, MIDDLETON TAS 7163, Australia.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product is damaged during shipping, please photograph all damage including the packaging and keep everything — do not discard anything, as you may be able to claim insurance directly with Australia Post.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged, or if what was received is not what was originally ordered. If you need an exchange, email us at sales@rangetasmania.com.au.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at sales@rangetasmania.com.au.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we advise otherwise. If we request a return and the fault is ours, the cost of return shipping will be refunded once we receive the item — please keep your receipt and forward it to sales@rangetasmania.com.au. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
