We're Jaymie (the good-looking one on the left, haha) and Stuart (the chief cook and baker), the team behind Range Tasmania. We both share a true love of creating and sharing really good food using the finest ingredients, home-grown and always Tasmanian wherever possible, with no nasty additives. Everything is made by hand in our little commercial kitchen at Cackleberry Farm, in the beautiful D'Entrecasteaux Channel in southern Tasmania, which we're lucky enough to call home.
Life in our kitchen
Running a small food business means we're constantly juggling baking, cooking, packing, delivering, answering emails, and trying to keep up with everything in between. You'll often find us elbow-deep in shortbread dough, stirring pots of chutney, or packing orders late into the evening.
But here's the thing. We wouldn't have it any other way.
Our community
When you support our little Tasmanian business and try our products, it means the world to us. We've been thrilled to see customers share photos of our products from different places around the world, even Scotland, which is incredibly exciting for us.
You deserve to know who's making your food, hear about what we're creating (and sometimes burning… oops), and understand the stories behind the products we craft with care every day.
What we're up to
We've been perfecting our Scottish range, creating new gift hampers, and sourcing the best Tasmanian ingredients we can find. There's always something happening in our kitchen, and we love sharing those stories with our community through our newsletter and here on our blog.
