Claiming Loss or Damage Insurance:

Australia Post now automatically includes insurance for loss or damage for our orders.

Australia Post now automatically includes up to $100.00 insurance for lost or damaged items.  If your purchase is greater than $100.00 we will include extra insurance at no cost to you to cover the full purchase price.

While we take every care when packing your order, if your parcel lost or if it is damaged upon arrival, please take a photograph of it and speak to your local post office about putting in a claim. Australia Post requires the receiver of the goods to make the claim for lost or damaged items.
