Tasmanian Scottish shortbread crumbs - 250g

For the ultimate cheesecake base combine 250g of range TASMANIA shortbread crumbs with 80g of melted butter and press into the base and sides of a greased 20cm spring form pan. (Double quantities for a 24cm pan.) Place in the fridge to chill while you prepare your favourite cheesecake recipe.  May also be used to make great slices or crumbles.
